A very common topic among the people these days. There are several safety rules that must be followed these days. I think it’s better to first of all give your attention to them. See if you have missed any of these.

🛑 Wash your hands frequently using a hand sanitizer.
🛑 Maitain social distancing.
🛑 Avoid touching eyes, nose and mouth.
🛑 Practise respiratory hygiene (when sneezing/coughing cover your mouth and nose with bent elbow or tissue.)
🛑 If you have fever, cough and difficulty in breathing, seek medical care early.
🛑 Stay informed and follow advice given by your health care provider.

Following these rules is our responsibility which we cannot refuse. If we need to protect ourselves, our loved ones and the rest of the world this is what we must do. We do not know when this hard time would end. But, the more we follow the above rules, the nearer that day would be.

I will now come to my topic. According to my experience, many people are in the opinion that, if we are to die, if we are to be caught with a deadly disease, if we are to face any other miserable incident, we cannot stop it in any way! Due to this opinion they do not follow healthy rules and precautions thinking that it is useless. But is this really a good opinion?
Of course it is good to make up our mind if such miserable things have already happened. But if we think like that before something happen and refuse to fight against that, that is called stupidity.
In case of the spread of Covid -19 virus, being in such an opinion is like becoming a murderer beacause we are spreading that virus to all the people we come in contact and those people will again spread to some other people which they come in contact. Finally our stupidity will cause the end of the whole world including ourselves.

So with the dawn of the health day 2020, let us get a healthy beginning to our lives. Let us put away our stupid opinions and follow healthy tips as much as possible.
Healthiness is not just physical health. We must consider about physical health also. Given below are some healthy tips you can try. It is not practical to start all those at once. But you can start one today and gradually increase slowly. Finally you will realize the fresh change that will come to your life.
